The Role

You’ll be the central liaison, between our Clients and our Team, providing effective communication and timely results. You’ll support the Project coordinators and Administration team, will gather all relevant information to create accurate quotes and job set ups, issue documents to our clients, electronic filing, answering company phone and collating information from clients and communicating any updates to your client along the way. Maintaining regular client contact and actively seeking feedback, you’ll also be instrumental in implementing efficient processes so that our clients are well informed through-out their CORE50 experience.

You: As an experienced administration support you will be working with our Project Co-Ordinator and Office Manager. You’ll thrive in a deadline driven environment where client expectations are high and utilising your administration skills. Familiar with juggling, often conflicting, deadlines you’ll be a calm, collaborative problem solver with the smarts to put out fires now while coming up with processes to prevent them happening again in the future. Your default solution will always start with communication to engage and strengthen relationships with our clients, followed by strong organisation and systems skills.

You will be talented at keeping your team onside whilst you keep them on track with your proactive and disciplined workstyle.

It is also essential that you bring:

• A strong administration support, client focus and eye for detail.

• Confident user of MS Office suite

• Numerical agility
